It was easy to purchase and very descriptive.

Haven't received the case yet (ordered 10 days ago), no updates on delivery date available, unable to track the shipment, customer service not helpful at all.

Warning - do not buy from these guys. I ordered a Power Bank last November which never arrived. They then offered a 25% refund and to send another Power Bank. No refund or Power Bank received since. They have now stopped replying to my emails. I've wasted a lot of time following up with them to get no-where.

Worst service ever. been try to contact these guys for a month on a defective case do not recommend

The website was as organized as any I have seen - but as always could be better. Maybe not. There are too many phones with too many options. I stumbled across a coupon which sealed the deal. Now, lets see how the case works out when it arrives.

I have two orders pending one from last January 2023, faulty earbuds. #NZ27022 and one from last March 2023, #NZ27789 Different two pair of earbuds ordered never arrived. As per emails send below.

Hi team, this order has been received on Friday 20 January 2023.
Though one pair of earbuds is not working correctly.
The left one is working the right one is not working.
We only found out now as the person for whom I bought it for was
on a holiday to India from 18 January 2023 and has just recently
returned on Monday 27 March 2023. Can you please explain the
process for this?

Ordered my case 18 says ago and it still has not shipped.
Horrible Custome Service.
No contact phone number.

Wrong case and nobody cares I emailed so manny times and still no answer can someone help me

It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my case! I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email and can’t get a response

The first case was sent damaged and the wrong colour. I spent £12 returning it the USA, a location that was hidden when I ordered. No refund for postage has been received. The 2nd case sent was faulty through bad machining.
Do not buy through this company, they are charlatans, their products are of low quality and over priced. Their customer service is awful and they contantly encourage you to accept a discount to make up for their low quality and standards.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM.

I've ordered a cover 1 month ago but have not received it yet. I've written to support both through their justask email and their webpage, but I've only ever received automatic messages about "Confirm your order number" but i have never received the order number and despite writing this back multiple times, i have not gotten any responses back from an actual person.

Don't buy from this company. They will take your money and then ignore you.

Looks like a quality product and online purchase was efficient and easy. I expect the case will fit my job of auto photographs.
