"Warning - took money and never delivered product"
Warning - do not buy from these guys. I ordered a Power Bank last November which never arrived. They then offered a 25% refund and to send another Power Bank. No refund or Power Bank received since. They have now stopped replying to my emails. I've wasted a lot of time following up with them to get no-where.

Hi team, this order has been received on Friday 20 January 2023.
Though one pair of earbuds is not working correctly.
The left one is working the right one is not working.
We only found out now as the person for whom I bought it for was
on a holiday to India from 18 January 2023 and has just recently

"PUNKCASE ARE SCUMBAGS"
The first case was sent damaged and the wrong colour. I spent £12 returning it the USA, a location that was hidden when I ordered. No refund for postage has been received. The 2nd case sent was faulty through bad machining.
Do not buy through this company, they are charlatans, their products are of low quality and over priced. Their customer service is awful and they contantly encourage you to accept a discount to make up for their low quality and standards.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM.

I've ordered a cover 1 month ago but have not received it yet. I've written to support both through their justask email and their webpage, but I've only ever received automatic messages about "Confirm your order number" but i have never received the order number and despite writing this back multiple times, i have not gotten any responses back from an actual person.

Don't buy from this company. They will take your money and then ignore you.
