I trusted my gut on this one, and so far the call quality has been solid. Voices come through clear enough, and I haven’t had any major issues hearing people on the other end.

I got a case from Punkcase for my Galaxy, and it fits just right. The buttons line up, the charger plugs in without any hassle, and the camera cutout is where it’s supposed to be. I mean, that’s what you’d expect from a phone case, but it’s still nice when it actually works without having to force anything. I’m happy with it.

Support did eventually get back to me after a couple of days, and they were able to help with my issue. The annoying part was that there was basically no follow-up unless I pushed for it. I had to email twice just to keep things moving. Not a terrible experience, but definitely slower and more hands-off than I expected.

I’ve used this at the pool a couple of times now, and the main thing is it kept my phone completely dry, which is exactly what I needed it for. The buttons are a little stiff to press while it’s in the case, but after seeing that no water got in, I can live with that. Overall, it does the job well

I got exactly what I ordered and there wasn’t any mixup or anything. The case was the right one, which is basically what I needed, so yeah, no complaints from me.

I only dropped my phone once and the corner of the Punkcase snapped right away. Disappointing, honestly. I won’t be buying this one again.

The case itself was fine, but I ended up needing to return it. The refund took way longer than I thought it would, and support was slow to reply. I had to follow up a few times just to get things moving. Not a terrible company or anything, but yeah, the return process was kind of a hassle.

I bought a screen protector from punkcase.com i kind of regret it. I really wish I had read some reviews first because this was way more annoying to use than I expected. Lining it up properly was a pain, and no matter how many times I tried, I kept ending up with little bubbles. Once it was on, the touch didn’t feel as smooth either, which made it even more frustrating. Shipping was okay, so no complaints there, but the screen protector itself just wasn’t great for me. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

This case looked a lot nicer on the website than it does in person. Once it arrived, the design felt kind of bulky, and the finish just looks a bit cheap — not that clean, polished look from the photos. The colors are a little off too, which didn’t help. I mainly bought it because I liked how it looked online, so yeah, disappointing. Wouldn’t buy it again based on the appearance
